These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at mywebsitedeals.com and the services provided by MyWebsiteDeals ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We design, develop, host and market websites for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal that, once accepted, forms part of these Terms.

3. Fees and payment

Project fees are flat-rate and billed 50% at kickoff and 50% before launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Care plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final design files, custom code and content delivered to you. We retain ownership of underlying tools, libraries and proprietary code we use across multiple projects. We may showcase the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback, content and approvals.
