FAQ
Questions, answered.
If you don't see your question, just call or email — we always reply.
How long does a typical website take?+
Most starter and business sites launch in 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff. E-commerce projects average 6 to 8 weeks. We'll give you a firm timeline in your written proposal.
Do you require a long-term contract?+
No. Build projects are flat-rate and one-time. Care plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the website after launch?+
You do. The domain, hosting account, code and content are all yours. We hand over every credential at launch.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas?+
Yes. While we're based in La Vernia, Texas, we serve small businesses in all 50 states. Most communication happens over email, phone and video calls.
Can you help with Bing Webmaster Tools and Microsoft Ads?+
Absolutely. We're certified Microsoft Advertising partners and we set up every site we build in Bing Webmaster Tools by default.
Do you offer hosting?+
Yes. Our managed hosting runs on U.S.-based data centers with SSL, daily backups and 24/7 monitoring included. You can also keep your existing host if you prefer.
What if I already have a website?+
Great — we offer free audits of existing sites with a written list of recommendations. Many clients start with a redesign rather than a from-scratch rebuild.
Do you write content for me?+
We can. Copywriting is included in Business and E-Commerce tiers. For Starter sites, copy is an optional add-on.
